1. Introduction

These Contest Terms and Conditions ("Contest Terms") govern all contests, competitions, sweepstakes, and promotional activities ("Contests") conducted by CombiPlanet ("we," "our," or "us"). By participating in any Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Terms, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in our Contests, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid CombiPlanet account in good standing
• Reside in a jurisdiction where the Contest is legally permitted
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the developer
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Some Contests may be restricted to specific geographic regions due to legal requirements. We will clearly state any geographic restrictions in the individual Contest rules.

2.3 Account Requirements

You must have an active CombiPlanet account that has not been suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time during the Contest period.

3.1 Skill-Based Contests

These contests require participants to demonstrate skill, knowledge, or ability:

• High score competitions
• Puzzle-solving challenges
• Creative content submissions
• Strategy tournaments

3.2 Sweepstakes

These contests award prizes based on random selection:

• Random prize drawings
• Lucky winner selections
• Promotional giveaways

3.3 Hybrid Contests

These contests combine elements of both skill and chance, with winners determined by a combination of performance and random selection.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry Methods

Entry methods may vary by Contest and may include:

4.2 Entry Limits

Winners will be notified within 30 days of the Contest end date. Prizes will be distributed within 60 days of winner verification, unless otherwise specified.

5.4 Prize Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. No cash equivalent will be offered unless required by law.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Selection Methods

Winners will be selected using one of the following methods:

• Skill-based: Based on objective criteria such as highest score, fastest completion time, etc.
• Random selection: Using a computer-generated random selection process
• Judged selection: Based on subjective criteria evaluated by qualified judges

6.2 Tie-Breaking

In the event of a tie, we will use additional criteria or conduct a random selection to determine the winner(s).

6.3 Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via in-game message, email, or other contact method provided during entry. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification or forfeit their prize.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification:

• Using multiple accounts to enter
• Using automated systems or bots
• Manipulating game mechanics or scores
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with the Contest
• Sharing or selling entries
• Using unfair advantages or exploits

8. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any participant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Contest Terms, suspicious activity, or behavior that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Contest or other participants.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your participation in Contests is subject to our Privacy Policy. By entering a Contest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including for winner verification and prize distribution.

10. Publicity and Marketing

By participating in a Contest, you grant us the right to:

• Use your name, likeness, and game achievements for promotional purposes
• Share your contest entries and submissions publicly
• Include you in winner announcements and marketing materials
• Use your feedback and testimonials about the Contest

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in any Contest, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any other damages.

12. Contest Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Contest at any time for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, legal requirements, or force majeure events. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes when possible.

13. Governing Law

These Contest Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising from these Contest Terms or your participation in Contests shall be resolved through direct communication with us, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Contest Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
